Mornings spent attending seated strength classes with her grandmother at an assisted living community helped shape Kiara’s commitment to inclusive fitness. Today, the Burns platform supports both older adults looking to stay independent into their 90s and beyond, and dancers seeking sustainable cross-training solutions.
