About Burns by Kiara Burns

Burns is a digital movement platform created to support every season of life — from dancers and daily movers to older adults building strength and balance. As part of our community impact initiative, Burns Gold offers free livestream and on-demand workouts for older adults and mindful movers, making safe, supportive fitness accessible to all. The Burns All-Access Membership is everything I wish I had been doing to support myself during my years as a dancer — a blend of strength, Pilates, barre, and cross-training designed to keep you resilient, energized, and inspired day after day.

With over 20 years of classical dance training and experience navigating chronic injury, Kiara shifted her focus toward functional movement that supports long-term wellness. Her approach emphasizes training to help people feel stronger, more capable, and more at ease in their bodies.

Mornings spent attending seated strength classes with her grandmother at an assisted living community helped shape Kiara’s commitment to inclusive fitness. Today, the Burns platform supports everyone from older adults looking to stay independent into their 90s and beyond, to dancers seeking sustainable cross-training solutions.
