Meet Kiara Burns

With over 20 years of classical dance training and experience navigating chronic injury, Kiara shifted her focus toward functional movement that supports long-term wellness. Her approach emphasizes training to help people feel stronger, more capable, and more at ease in their bodies.

Mornings spent attending seated strength classes with her grandmother at an assisted living community helped shape Kiara’s commitment to inclusive fitness. Today, the Burns platform supports everyone from older adults looking to stay independent into their 90s and beyond, to dancers seeking sustainable cross-training solutions.

Kiara is nationally certified and professionally trained across multiple disciplines.
